M ATTENDS SPECIAL CEREMONY TO OBSERVE BLACK DAY REGARDING INDIAN OCCUPATION IN HELD KASHMIR

A special ceremony was being held on the eve of observing Black Day regarding Indian occupation in Indian Held Kashmir at Chief Minister Office here today. Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar was a chief guest in the ceremony. During this special ceremony on the eve of Black Day, Punjab government has launched a special campaign to expose Indian atrocities at international level being inflicted on innocent Kashmiri people in Indian Held Kashmir continued since seven decades. . Chief Minister by pressing the computer button also started online signatures campaign. Usman Buzdar and participants in the ceremony also expressed their complete solidarity with the oppressed and innocent people of Occupied Kashmir. Document containing ten lac signatures petition in connection with observing Black Day with regard to Occupied Kashmir will be presented to UN Human Rights Commission. Under the auspices of Information Department, ten lac signatures campaign will also be run on social media online. Signature ceremonies were also being held at Divisional Commissioner Offices and District Deputy Commissioner Offices simultaneously in this regard. Usman Buzdar on this occasion said that petition containing ten lac signatures will be presented to the Representative of UN Human Rights on 10th December, 2019. The aim behind presenting signed petition is to apprise the world community about ongoing worst human tragedies in Occupied Kashmir. It is imperative to aware International Institutions about ongoing brutalities and perpetrations being committed on innocent and unarmed Kashmiris in Occupied Kashmir. The silence of world community over continued curfew being clamped for the last twelve weeks in Held Kashmir is regrettable, he added. 80 lac Kashmiris have been detained in their houses like beasts after imposing curfew on them, he lamented. Prime Minister Imran Khan had befittingly represented Kashmiri people during his historic address in UN General Assembly Session, he commended. People of Pakistan side with the Kashmiris, our hearts beat with their Kashmiri brethren together, he maintained. He said that we demand from world community to stop genocide of Kashmiris as well as enhance pressure on Modi government to lift curfew in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Head of Special Provincial Kashmir Committee and Law Minister Raja Basharat, Members Provincial Assembly Uzma Kardar, Mahinder Pal Singh, Naseer Ahmed, Sajid Ahmed Khan, Principal Secretary to CM, Secretary Information, Chairman PITB, DGPR and concerned officials were also present on this occasion.
