US Congressman on "monstrous human rights abuses" in Kashmir

In 1996, during a debate on cutting foreign aid to India, US Congressman Dana Rohrabacher said that India is "condoning monstrous human rights abuses against the people of Kashmir" and spoke about their "right to vote on their own destiny."
